Foreign currencies can be exchanged at banks, exchange offices, post offices, travel agencies, hotels and camps.
Banking hours are from 7 to 19 hours from Monday to Friday, and Saturday until 13 hours. Some banks operate on Sundays. Most hotels and restaurants accept credit card-American Express, Diners Club, Eurocard / Mastercard, Visa, Sport Card International. ATMs are also available to you.
Time Zone: GMT plus one hour in winter and GMT plus two hours in summer.
Travel documents: passport or other internationally recognized document. Tourists may remain in Croatia for up to three months.
Health Services: Hospitals and clinics are in all larger cities, clinics and pharmacies in all places. Foreign tourists do not pay for health treatment if the Health Care Convention is signed between Croatia and that foreign country.Treatment costs are charged directly to users according to the rates if the Health Care Convention is not signed. For patients who are in mortal danger is provided air transport-helicopter or sea-skimmer.

Public phones operate with phone cards that can be bought at post offices, newsstands, hotels and tourist complexes.
